金融支持视角下吉林省新型城镇化发展对策研究

Study on the Urbanization Development Measure in Jilin Province under the Financial Support

金融支持作为经济发展的核心元素,在推进新型城镇化的建设中起着举足轻重的作用,无论从理论层面,还是从现实层面,金融支持与新型城镇化都是无形血脉与有形骨骼的统一。金融支持为城镇化建设提供持续的资金支持,从而有效推动城镇化进程,没有金融支持的城镇化是不可能实现的。为此,从金融支持的视角研究吉林省新型城镇化进程中面临的支农资金不到位、基础设施融资不足以及产业发展困难等问题十分必要。为解决新型城镇化建设中的资金需求难题,应开发多样化的基础设施建设融资渠道、创新金融产品与服务、完善服务城乡协调发展的金融支持体系。

Financial support as the core elements of economic development plays an important role in the promoting construction of urbanization. Both from the theoretical level and from practical level, financial support and urbanization are the union of intangible veins and tangible bones. Financial support provide continuing funds for the urbanization construction, thus effectively promote the urbanization progress. Urbanization is impossible without the financial support. Therefore, it is necessary that from the perspective of financial support to study the problems faced in the urbanization of Jilin province, such as insufficient funds for agriculture and infrastructure finance, industry development difficult problem. It is imperative to solve the capital requirement of urbanization construction, the following measures can be adopted： developing a variety of infrastructure construction financing channels, innovating financial products and service, improving the coordinated development of urban-rural financial support system.
