基于FLUENT的保护层开采瓦斯防治效果数值分析

摘要 为研究9煤充填开采条件下的瓦斯解突效果,运用FLUENT模拟软件对8煤瓦斯解突进行模拟分析,通过实测瓦斯抽采率,验证瓦斯解突效果,从不同方向上观察瓦斯运移规律,得出8煤相对瓦斯涌出量及煤残余瓦斯含量分别为7.64~8.73 m3/t、5.27~6.36 m3/t。为下保护层开采的瓦斯解突工作提供重要的理论依据。 In order to analyze the result of gas bursting solution, in 9 coal seam with a condition of backfill mining. The FLUENT has been used to simulate the measure for gas control and prevention in 8 coal seam. the result of gas bursting solution was analyzed by test the rate of gas extraction, to verify the result of gas bursting solution and observe the gas migration. The simulation result shows that the gas emission and the residual gas content of 8 coal is 7.64~8.73 m3/t, 5.27~6.36 m3/t respectively. These conclusions provide an important theoretical basis for the gas bursting solution work of the safe extraction of 8 coal protective layer.
