对SZD-730/90型转载机与DSS/80型皮带机联锁转载系统存在的缺陷和隐患,通过进行自主设计和改造,满足综采工作面运输的需要,且为采煤工作面超前支护所处巷道特别是顶板支护和转载机两侧行人通道的安全管理创造了极其便利的条件。

This paper introduces the existing defects and hidden troubles during the use of the transshipment system comprising SZD-730/90 type of the loader and DSS/80 belt machine interlock in Luxi coal mine, independent design and processing of interlocking reshipment system, can meet the needs of fully mechanized working face transport and coal mining the tunnel, has created an extremely convenient conditions for the safety management of the advance supporting.
