摘要
山东煤田地质机械厂于2014年研制了液压定向A型系列钻塔,获山东省煤田地质局科技一等奖。该文以ZT13AY液压塔为例着重阐述钻塔的结构,液压系统的设计论证及应用。
Shandong Coalfield Geology Machinery Factory＇s products are based on mechanical rigs. To meet the deve loping need of the market and customers, in 2014, after concluding the advantages and disadvantages of various of de rricks in and out China, I developed hydraumatic direction A-type derricks, which got the first scientific prize of Sha ndong Coalfield Geology Bureau. The paper is to explain the structure of the derricks, the design and application of h ydraulic system and,taking the ZT13 AY derrick as an example.
