摘要
采用煤矸石做成集料替代普通喷射混凝土的全部砂石,同时添加新型速凝剂(巷膜素)来改善混凝土强度不足的问题,经过合理技术配比,研制出新型矿用矸石喷射混凝土材料。采用控制变量法配合现场实测的方法,研究了煤矸石替代率、孔径分布的大小、水灰比等因素对喷射混凝土强度的影响。通过试验比较,认为新型矿用矸石喷射混凝土材料完全可以替代普通喷射混凝土材料。
Using the aggregate made in the gangue to replace the sand and gravel of the ordinary shotcrete, and at the same adding the new accelerator(Xiang membrane element) to improve the problem of insufficient strength of concrete, after used the reasonable proportioning technologies, developed new mine gangue jet concrete materials. The influence of coal gangue substitution rate, pore size distribution and water cement ratio on the strength of shotcrete is studied by using the method of controlling variable method and field measurement. Through the comparison of experiments, it is considered that the new type of mine gangue shotcrete material can completely replace ordinary shotcrete materials..
