摘要 以Hybrid III假人和某款乘用车座椅为基础,建立不同网格尺寸的人椅系统有限元模型,通过对其体压分布结果进行分析和对比,确定了满足要求的模型网格尺寸。然后对人体模型的体段质量和人椅系统的体压分布结果进行验证。在此基础上,计算了人椅系统模型的体压分布,分别分析和对比了良好坐姿和两种不良坐姿状态下的体压分布,包括最大压力和平均压力等参数。结果表明,所建立的模型可准确反映人体体压分布特征,可为座椅的设计和乘坐舒适性评价提供参考依据。 Based on Hybrid Ⅲ dummy and a car seat, a FE model for human-seat system with different grid sizes is set up, and through the comparison of the analysis results of pressure distribution, the mesh size meet- ing the requirements is determined. Then the results of body segment mass of human body model and the pressure distribution of human-seat system are verified. On this basis, the pressure distribution of human-seat system is cal- culated, and the pressure distribution parameters, including peak pressure and average pressure, of one proper sit- ting posture and two poor sitting postures are analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the model established can precisely reflect the pressure distribution characteristics of human-seat system, providing a reference basis for vehicle seat design and ride comfort evaluation.
