摘要
介绍了偏置直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮轮廓解析法设计与数控加工,首先根据运动规律建立凸轮理论轮廓曲线的参数方程,然后利用MasterCAM绘制其理论轮廓曲线,再偏置一个滚子半径得到盘形凸轮的实际轮廓曲线,最后利用外形铣削刀具路径加工所需的盘形凸轮。
It introduces the analytical design and NC machining of offset translating roller follower disc cam con-tour.It establishes the parametric equation of cam theory contour curve according to the law of motion, draws the theoretical curves based on MasterCAM, offsets a roller radius to obtain the actual contour curve of disc cam.Fi-nally, it processes the cam outline with the shape milling tool.
