摘要
本文运用ASPEN流程模拟软件对环己烷作为挟带剂共沸精馏分离叔丁醇和水的过程进行模拟,确定了共沸塔的最佳的理论板数以及合理的挟带剂流量,同时研究了进料位置对共沸精馏的影响,计算出了各个塔板的温度和塔内气液相流量及组成。
In this paper, the water is separated from tert-butyl alcohol solution by the azeotropic distillation with cyclohexane as entrainment agent by process simulation software ASPEN, The optimum number of theoretical plates and the most reasonable entrainment agent flow is discoveried in the simulation process, simultaneously the influence of feed stage for azeotropic distillation is studied ,and each tray and temperature and gas-liquid flow rate and composition in column is obtained.
