高效助滤剂在热轧浊环水处理中的应用

The application of high efficient filter aiding agent in the water treatment of hot-rolling turbid circulating system

某钢厂热轧浊环水经常出现"铁红"现象,采用常规的化学加药絮凝沉降处理无法消除该现象。后经研究发现在高速过滤器进水前端投加高效助滤剂可以帮助过滤器截留超细氧化铁颗粒,提高过滤器的过滤能力,从而逐渐消除浊环水中的"铁红"现象,大幅改善水质。

A factory＇s hot,rolling turbid water circulating system often appears ＂red-corrosion＂ phenomenon and conventional method of flocculation and sedimentation by adding chemicals cannot eliminate this phenomenon. After study, it is found that adding high efficient filter aiding agent to the inflow of high speed filters can help filters trapping ultrafine iron oxide particles and improve the filtering capacity of them. Then the ＂red-corrosion＂ phenomenon is vanished gradually and the water quality of turbid circulating system is improved significantly.
