Exploration of Logistics Costs Constitution for Industrial Manufacturing Enterprises

简述了我国工业制造企业物流成本的现状及存在的问题,指出了对工业制造企业物流成本构成进行分析的意义,最后从物流成本管理与物流成本控制两方面提出了改进工业制造企业物流成本的措施。

In this paper, we discussed the current status and existing problems of the logistics costs for industrial manufacturing enterprises, pointed out the meaning of analyzing their costs constitution and proposed countermeasures from the perspectives of logistics costs management and control.
