摘要
从电商物流服务现状入手,研究现阶段电商自营物流服务与外包物流服务中存在的问题,并结合我国电商物流服务数量多、频率高、灵活性强、时效性强、跨地域性以及逆向性等特点,从物流服务基础设施、运作模式以及逆向物流管理三个方面提出改进策略。
In this paper, starting from the current status of the e-commerce logistics service, we studied the problems in its self-run logistics service and outsourcing logistics service. According to its characteristics in China, namely the large amount, the high frequency, the strong flexibility, the strong timeliness,the cross-region and the reverse, we proposed improvement strategies from aspects of the logistics infrastructure, the operation mode and the reverse logistics management.
