摘要
针对大数据环境对鲁东地区物流企业的影响,分析大数据环境下鲁东地区物流业人员流失的原因,并从开展基础的人才管理工作、建立合理的人才选聘机制、采取有效的人才激励措施、建立新型的预警体系四个方面,提出鲁东地区应对大数据环境下物流业人员流失的对策。
In this paper, in view of the influence of the big data environment on logistics enterprises in the eastern Shandong province,we analyzed the reasons of the logistics personnel loss in this area and proposed corresponding countermeasures from four aspects, namely the basic personnel management, the rational personnel selection mechanism, the effective personnel incentive measures and the new early warning system.
