自动化立体仓库中库位排查作业的分析与优化

Analysis and Optimization of Location Information Check Work in Automated Warehouse

根据自动化仓储立库作业的特点,分析了立库库位信息不准确的两种情况,针对空出和重入两类库位信息异常,在分析讨论传统库位排查作业实质的基础上,提出并编码实现了利用信息化手段应对两类库位信息异常的优化处理策略,库位排查系统上线后通过前后工作的分析比较,说明了优化处理策略在降低排查工作量和减小异常带来的负面影响两方面都取得了可量化的显著成效。

In this paper, we analyzed the two cases of the location information error（no-goods-out and goods-reentry） in the warehouse according to the operation characteristics of warehouse. In view of the cases, we proposed and coded optimization strategies using information technologies on analyzing the essence of the traditional locaition information check work. Then through the comparison between the former and the latter, we proved its validity in reducing the workload of the check work and decreasing the negative impact brought by the information error.
