摘要
从生产厂家参与家电回收的角度出发,借助系统动力学方法对废旧家电逆向回收过程进行系统建模,综合分析了影响此逆向物流网络的产品平均附加值以及以旧换新折扣等因素,建立了回收利润和产品平均附加值的函数关系,并利用系统动力学软件Vensim对系统模型进行仿真。最后,通过算例证明了该模型的有用性和实用性。
In this paper, starting from the manufacturers participation in the household appliances recycling, we modeled the reverse recycling process based on the system dynamics, analyzed the factors that affected this reverse logistics network such as the average value of products and the old-for-new discount, established the functional relationship between the recycling profit and the average value of products and simulated this model by Vensim. In the end, we proved the effectiveness and the practicability of this model.
