摘要
在借鉴国内外港口建设相关研究和专家访谈基础上,构建世界强港评价指标体系,编制基于自贸区联动发展模式下的世界强港调查问卷,应用信度和效度分析对调查问卷进行研究,确定包含基于自贸区下的港口宏观发展环境、自贸区和港口经济总量、港口基础设施、法律法规、人才与技术及安全与保障的世界强港评价指标体系。
In this paper, in reference to the related researches and experts interviews of the ports construction home and abroad, we established the evaluation index system of the world’s top ports and complied the questionnaire based on the integrated development in free trade zones. On analyzing the questionnaire through the analysis methods of reliability and validity, we selected indexes including the macroscopical development environment of zones ports, GDP of zones and ports separately, ports facilities, laws, regulations, talents, technologies and the ports security.
