埃普利诺菌素注射剂对牦牛线虫及其寄生阶段幼虫驱虫效力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择6-8月龄自然感染消化道线虫和肺线虫的牦牛100头,按寄生虫感染情况搭配分为5组,每组20头,1-3组牦牛分别按0.1,0.2和0.3mg/kg.bW剂量皮下一次注射埃普利诺菌素注射剂,4组为药物对照组,按0.2m西瓜g剂量皮下注射伊维菌素注射剂,5组为阳性对照组,不给药。结果表明:埃普利诺菌注射剂O.2mg/kg剂量对消化道线虫(除毛首线虫外)的虫卵转阴率、减少率分别达90.O%和95.O%;对网尾线虫幼虫转阴率、减少率均达100.O%;对原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率、减少率分别达90.0%和92.5%;对线虫成虫、寄生阶段幼虫的总计驱虫率分别达97.8%和94.9%;0.3ms/kg剂量对消化道线虫(除毛首线虫外)的虫卵转阴率、减少率均达100.0%,;对网尾线虫幼虫转阴率、减少率均达100.O%;对原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率、减少率分别达95.0%和97.5%;对线虫成虫、寄生阶段幼虫的总计驱虫率分别达99.3%和97.7%;O.1mg/kg剂量对线虫虫卵(幼虫)的转阴率、减少率、驱虫率均低于0.2,0.3mg/kg剂量组;对照药物伊维菌素注射剂、0.2mg/kg剂量组对线虫的驱虫效果略低于同剂量埃普利诺菌素注射剂组;埃普利诺菌注射剂3个剂量组试验牦牛未见异常反应。试验证明埃普利诺菌注射剂0.1,0.2,O.3Ⅱ砂g体重剂量驱除牦牛线虫安全有效。其中以0.2mg/kg体重剂量经济高效。 100 yaks with aged from 6 te8 month, nematodes naturally infected gastrointestinal and lungworm were selected, divided into 5 groups according to the parasite infections, each group include 20 yaks, 1 - 3 groups of yak at 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 mg/kg) b w dose,a subcutaneous injection of eppley rhzomorph respectively, 4 groups for drug control at 0.2 mg/kg dose of subcutaneous injection of iver- mectin ,5 groups is as the positive control group without administration. The results showed that the rate of turning negative, loss of nema- todes in gastrointestinal at 0.2 mg/kg dose of ppley's bacteria injection reach 90.0% and 95% respectively, reach 100.0% for nematode lar- vac . reach 90.0% and 92.5% respectively for original nematode larvae. The total insecticide rate of larvae was 97.8% and 94.9% respec- tively in parasitic stage for adult larvae. The rate of turning negative, loss of nematodes in gastrointestinal at 0.3 rag/leg dose reach 100.0%, reach 100.0% for tail nematode larvae , reach 95.0% and 97..5% respectively for original nematode larvae. The total insecticide rate of lar- vae was 99.3% and 97.7% respectively in parasitic stage for adult larvae. (The rate of turning negative, loss of nematodes,repellent rate at 0.1 mg/kg dose is low comparied with 0.2, 0.3 mg/kg dose group. The repellent effect of controlled drug of ivermectin injection, at 0.2 rag/ kg dose is slightly lower than applying samedose of eppley thzomorph injection It indicated that eppley injection at 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/kg body weight dose is effective and safe for yaks. 0.2 mg/kg body weight dose is optimum.
