青海省玉树州称多县绵羊流产类疾病血清学检测 被引量:1

Serological detection of abortion disease among sheep in Maqin County of Qinghai Province

摘要 应用虎红平板凝集试验(Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test,RBPT)和间接血凝试验(Indirect Hemagglutination Assay,IHA),对采自青海省玉树州称多县部分乡镇的204份绵羊血清样品进行了布鲁氏菌、衣原体、弓形虫和绵羊肺炎支原体的血清学抗体检测。结果:在所有被检血清样品中,未检出布病、衣原体阳性血清;检出弓形虫阳性血清5份,阳性率2.45%;检出绵羊肺炎支原体阳性血清1份,阳性率为0.49%。此外,对于抗体阳性的血清采用PCR方法进行抗原检测,结果表明称多地区绵羊中存在弓形虫和绵羊肺炎支原体感染。 To investigate the existence prevalence of Brucellosis, Chlamydiosis, Toxoplasmosis and Mycoplasma Ovipneumoniae of 204 sheep serum samples in Chengduo County of Qinghai Province, Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test (RBPT), Chlamydia, Toxoplasma, and Mycoplasma Ovipneumoniae Indirect Hemagglutination Assay (IHA) were used to detect antibody of these disease. The results showed that 5 of the 204 samples were Toxophsmosis positive, l samples were Mycoplasma Ovipneumoniae positive and the positive rates were 2.45 percent and 0.49 percent, respectively. Brucellosis and Chlamydiosis were not detected. In addition, the antigen were detected by PCR method using the sample of serum antibody positive. In conclusion, the sheep in Chengduo County were infected by Toxoplasma and Mycoplasma Ovipneumoniae.
