This paper systematically expound a theoretical framework of Intelligence with Partl and Part2. The Part2 explains and analyzes the intelligence activities with the Field Theory. And elaborated on intelligence gathering,intelligence analysis, intelligence design, intelli- gence operations ,intelligence services and governance mechanisms. And also analyzes the history and future of human intelligence activities,and put forward Peaceful Constructive National Intelligence and its construction methods under the guide of nationalism.
