摘要
新兴技术弱信号识别有助于国家、企业在技术竞争尚未激烈之前占据先导优势地位。在TRIZ理论基础上,抽取专利功能、科学效应、功效与申请机构特征,将"功能"与"科学效应"组合作为领域信号,通过该组合对应专利的数量初步评判信号强弱,结合专利"申请机构""实现功效"与"申请时间",实现高质量新兴技术弱信号的识别。最后以"隐形眼镜消毒"技术领域专利作为测试数据集,验证本研究所提方法的可行性。
Weak signal identification of emerging technology is helpful for the states and enterprises to get dominant position before the technology competition becomes even fierce. First, this research extracts function, scientific effect, efficacy and features of patent paten- tees, and takes the combination of "function" and "scientific effects" as the field signals based on the TRIZ theory. Then it uses the num- ber of patents corresponding to the combination to preliminarily judge the signal intensity, and achieves the recognition of the high quality weak signals of emerging technology by combining the analysis of "patentee", "efficacy" and "application time" of patents. Finally, taking the patents of "contact lens remove bacteria" as a test data set, the feasibility of the proposed approach is verified.
