A Study on the Difference of the Academic Journal Evaluation System and the Academic Achievements Evaluation System——Taking Nature as an Example

摘要当前普遍采用被引频次和影响因子等文献计量指标对学术成果进行定量评价,但学术期刊的影响因子和学术成果的被引频次不能客观、全面地反映其学术价值和社会影响力。利用JCR Web、中科院JCR分区表、SCImago及Altmetric网站等多个角度深入分析Nature期刊及其收录论文影响力评价指标之间的差异性,探讨如何综合利用各项评价指标对不同学科的学术期刊及论文进行正确评价的问题。 Because of the differences on the characteristics and development status of the research fields, there are some problems existing in the journal evaluation. Using JCR Web, Chinese academy of sciences JCR partition table, SCImago and Altmetric website data, this pa- per analyzes the influence evaluation of the journal Nature and the papers it collected, and discusses how to correctly evaluate the academic journals and the academic papers in different disciplines by using the different evaluation indexes comprehensively.
