摘要
免渡河林业局是内蒙古自治区岭南八局之一,从2009年开始,国家林业局东北内蒙古林区,开始实施中幼林抚育补贴试点。截止到2013年,已累计完成中幼林抚育任务5.6万hm2,5a来的中幼林抚育,给免渡河林业局带来了巨大变化。实践证明,这项惠林工程真正起到了"惠林"作用,不仅使林业职工的收入明显增加,而且通过中幼林抚育,也使森林的生态效益得到明显改善,深受广大林区职工欢迎。与此同时,在实施过程中也出现一些新的问题。
Mianduhe Forestry Bureau is one of the Bureaus in Inner Mongolia. Since 2009-2013, trees have been planted in 56,000hm^2 land by the subsidy to North-eastern forestry areas from National Forestry Bureau. Over the five years of Middle＆Young Forestry-tending, great changes have taken place. As a result, benefit forestry policy is really effective. Not only workers have high income, but also they improve the ecological environment of the area. At the same time, there are some new problems during the planting and tending.
