摘要
本文采用文献计量的基本方法,对2004-2014年CNKI《中国期刊全文数据库》中关于高校图书馆读者服务工作研究的全部学术论文分别从时间、空间、地域、主题及影响力等方面进行了详细的统计分析,积极探讨存在的问题,以便针对问题进行改进,提高论文的水平和质量,从而引导我们提高和改进为读者服务的水平和方式方法。
