骨肽注射液治疗风湿性关节炎54例疗效及护理观察

Rheumatoid Arthritis Curative Effect and Nursing Observation of Treatment of Ancient Yan Peptide in 54 Cases

目的观察骨肽注射液治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效及护理方法。方法采用随机数字表法将收治的108例患者分为观察组和对照组,各54例。观察组采用骨肽注射液治疗,对照组采用青霉素治疗,治疗3个疗程。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)、血清唾液酸(SA)检测值均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05);两组患者的关节肿胀程度评分、晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节疼痛指数评分均较治疗前显著降低或减少(P<0.05),且观察组降低或减少更显著(P<0.05);观察组的显效率为53.70%,显著高于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为90.74%,显著高于对照组的79.63%(P<0.05)。结论骨肽注射液结合护理干预治疗风湿性关节炎,能够大大降低患者CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,SIL-2R,SA等多项指标,明显改善患者肿胀、晨僵、疼痛等症状,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect and nursing methods of the ancient Yan peptide peptide treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods According to the random number table method in our hospital department of rheumatism treated 108 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were divided into the ancient Yan peptide peptide group and penicillin group with 54 cases in each group, for 3 courses of treatment. Results The two groups after treatment in patients with CRP, IL - 6, IL - 8, TNF - α, SIL - 2R, SA compared with before treatment were significantly（ P〈 0. 05）; the ancient Yan peptide peptide group were significantly lower than that of penicillin group（ P〈 0. 05）. the joint swelling score, time of morning stiffness, joint pain, joint pain index number of the score difference was statistically significant after treatment （ P〈 0. 05 ） , bone peptide group had more significant effect （ P〈 0. 05）. Bone peptide group patients after effective rate was 53. 70% , penicillin was 44. 44% （ P〈 0. 05）, bone peptide in patients with effective rate of 90. 74% was significantly higher than that of the penicillin group were 79. 63% and the difference was statisti-cally significant（ P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion More significant gushin clinical curative effect of the treatment of peptide peptide in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with penicillin.
