舍曲林联合利培酮治疗老年强迫症43例

Analysis of The Therapeutic Effects and Safety of Risperidone Combined with Ziprasidone for Elder Patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder in 43 Cases

目的探讨舍曲林联合利培酮治疗老年强迫症(OCD)的疗效及安全性。方法将86例老年强迫症患者随机分为联合组和对照组,各43例。联合组给予舍曲林联合利培酮治疗,对照组仅给予舍曲林治疗。采用耶鲁-布朗OCD量表(Y-BOCS)评定疗效、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。结果联合组治愈率为27.91%,显著高于对照组9.30%(χ2=4.914 3,P=0.026 6);联合组有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的58.14%(χ2=14.659 1,P=0.0001)。2组患者治疗2,4,8周末TESS评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论舍曲林联合利培酮治疗老年强迫症疗效显著,安全可行。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and safety of Risperidone combined with ziprasidone for elder patients with ob-sessive - compulsive disorder（OCD） . Methods The 86 elder patients with OCD were divided into combined group（ n = 43） and control group（ n = 43） randomly. The therapeutic effects and safety of the 2 groups were compared. The therapeutic effects was assessed by Yale - brown OCD scale （Y - BOCS） and the safety was assessed by Treatment, emergent symptoms （TESS）. Results The curative rate of combined group （27. 91% ） was obviously higher than control group （9. 30% ,χ2 = 4. 914 3, P = 0. 026 6） and the effective rate of combined group （95. 35% ） was obvious higher than control group （58. 14% ,χ2 = 14. 659 1, P = 0. 000 1） . The TESS score of the 2 groups after treating for 2, 4, and 8 weeks was not obviously different（ P〉 0. 05） . Conclusion Risperidone combined with ziprasidone is effective and safe for the treatment of elder patients with OCD.
