马尼地平联合依那普利治疗中老年原发性高血压48例

Comparison of Effectiveness and Safety of Manidipine and Enalapril in Treatment of Senile Hypertension in 48 Cases

目的探讨马尼地平联合依那普利治疗中老年原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法将96例中老年原发性高血压患者按治疗先后顺序随机分成A组和B组,分别使用马尼地平及马尼地平联合依那普利治疗,连续治疗8周。结果治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均明显下降(P<0.05)。A组和B组总有效率分别为83.33%和91.67%,不良反应总发生率分别为20.83%和16.67%,联合用药的效果优于单用马尼地平(P<0.05)。结论马尼地平联合依那普利治疗中老年原发性高血压,既可增加降压效果,也能减少不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of Manidipine and Enalapril in Treatment of Senile Hypertension. Methods 96 senile patients with Hypertension were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with Manidipine（group A） and Manidip-ine combined with Enalapril（group B）, respectively for 8 weeks. Results At the end of the treatment, SBP and DBP of two groups all declined（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rates of group A and group B were 83. 33% and 91. 67% , respectively. there was statistically signif-icant difference（ P〈 0. 05） . The adverse event of group A and group B were 20. 83% and 16. 67% , respectively. Conclusion Mani-dipine and Manidipine combined with Enalapril were both effective in treatment of Senile mixed Hypertension. But combination of Mani-dipine and Enalapril was more effective.
