摘要 直接空冷技术在富煤缺水三北(华北、西北、东北)地区的火力发电厂中应用广泛,但其运行也出现了一些问题,例如:空冷系统规模庞大,温度不易大面积实时监测,冬季防冻压力较大。针对该问题,设计与开发了基于无线通信的空冷岛温度场监测系统。分析空冷凝汽器管束热量分布的特性,合理布置无线传感器测点位置,使用modbus通讯协议和opc技术实现温度数据的传输;应用基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式研发的监测软件,实现对空冷岛温度场的监测。实际应用表明:系统实现了对空冷岛温度场的在线监测,为直接空冷系统的防冻、优化运行提供了数据依据。 The direct air-cooling technology is widely used in the thermal power plant of north, northwest and northeast where the coal is adequate and water is in shortage, but there have been some problems in the running. For instance, its large-scale, its impossibility in real-time monitoring, and the pressure of antifreeze. Thus, an air cooling island temperature monitoring system has been developed which based on wireless communication. Taking into account the characteristics of air-cooled condenser bundles’ heat distribution, rationally arranged the wireless sensor's location, used modbus protocol and opc technology to transport data, applied monitoring software based on B/S(Browser/Server)mode to monitor the cooling island’s temperature field. It shows that the system achieved a better monitoring on the air cooling island’s temperature field, and provided data on the basis of direct air cooling system’s anti-freeze and optimal operation.
