摘要
以岗位分析为基础,对卫生专业技术岗位进行专家访谈和问卷调查,提出具有行业特点的绩效考核指标体系,并对绩效考核指标进行重要性分类,为单位选取关键考核指标提供参考,并对关键考核指标的使用提出应用建议。
Based on post analysis, using expert interview and questionnaire on health professionals, performance assessment index system which matches health industry status has been built. According to the importance, the indictors were classified to give reference for seeking KPI. Suggestions on implementing KPI have also been presented.
