摘要
针对医院职能管理、工勤、非卫生专业技术岗位的员工在绩效考核和评价过程中存在的问题,通过文献查阅、专家访谈及调查问卷等方法收集统计指标,再通过聚类分析的方法最终确立职能管理、工勤、非卫生专业技术岗位的员工绩效考核体系,并提出了解决问题的基本思路和方法。
Aiming at the problems in the performance assessment and evaluation process of hospital administrative, logistic staff and non-health professional and technical personnel, we put forward the basic method to solve the problem by using the literature review, expert interview and questionnaire to collect statistical indicators, and then we use the analysis of clustering method to finally establish the performance evaluation system for administrative, logistic staff and non-health professionals.
