摘要
目的:通过岗位评估的方法分析医院各类岗位的差异,并对岗位进行分类分层,为各类岗位绩效工资的差异性发放提供依据。方法:以问卷调查法与访谈调查法相结合的方式,对各类岗位的技术、强度、风险等要素进行评价,采用聚类分析的方法进行分析。结果:通过岗位分析法,对不同类别的岗位、同类岗位不同科室的岗位进行评估,确定岗位间差异及分类建议。结论:通过问卷调查和专家咨询的方法确定的各类岗位间的差异和相对价值,用于指导岗位绩效分配。
Objective:To analyze differences in the position of the hospital through job evaluation and to give reference for performance bonus allocation by job classification. Methods:With the use of questionnaire interview survey, we evaluate the technology, strength and risk factor of each position, and classify the job with the method of clustering analysis. Results:By using job analysis method, the differences between each job were assessed and suggestions on job classification were presented. Conclusions:Through the questionnaire and expert consultation method, the differences and relative value between each position can be assessed to guide the PRP distribution.
