大唐内蒙古多伦煤化工有限公司空分装置采用的是杭氧设计的KDON-58000/97500空分设备,采用内压缩主塔分体流程,从建厂试运行到现在正常运行已经经历了6个年头,在此期间出现了很多问题,通过积极的分析原因进行解决。本文主要是通过分析归纳KDON-5800/97500空分装置中的危险因素,主冷爆炸、氧管线燃爆、储槽燃爆等,结合运行过程中出现的问题,提出相应的控制措施及在运行中的一些操作要点,防止危险事故的发生。

DaTang Inner Mongolia Duolun Coal Chemical Industry Corporation Ltd. uses KDON-58000/97500 air separation plant that Hangyang designed. It has been six years from the test running to now normal operation . During this period there are a lot of problems ,we took positive analysis to solve them. This paper mainly analyses the risk factors on the induction device such as the main cold blast, oxygen pipeline explosion, storage tank explosion etc. ,and put forward control measures and some operation points according to the problems happened in the running process , and prevent the occurrence of accident .
