摘要
对北京市医院管理局所属18家医院手术知情同意书现状的调研结果进行分析,参照国内相关法律规定,针对现行手术知情同意书中存在的告知内容缺项等问题,提出修改及完善建议,从而达到规范医疗行为、减少医患纠纷、维护医患双方合法权益的目的。
Based on the current laws and regulations, the results of the survey on operation informed consent in 18 hospitals of Beijing hospital authority were analyzed. According to the absences contents in operation informed content, suggestions on standardizing medical behavior, reducing medical dispute and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients were mentioned.
