摘要
石化生产装置需要对部分温度进行测量监视,一般的解决方案是测温元件经过温变或不经过温变,再通过导线进入DCS的AI卡、TC卡和RTD卡。为了节约信号电缆、减小施工量、节省DCS通道,本文通过Modbus通讯在广西石化温度监视的实际应用,介绍了Moore温度采集器和横河CS3000 ALR121卡的Modbus通讯系统的结构和通讯线的铺设;Moore温度采集器的构成—TCM和HMC,以及它们之间的HART协议通讯;TCM的电脑串口组态窗口的设置,以及它与温度测量元件的接线方式;HMC的电脑串口组态窗口的设置,以及HMC连接电源、TCM和ALR121卡的接线方式;ALR121卡的接线、内部组态。
In order to save the signal cable ,reduce the amount of construction and saving DCSchannel ,the structure and communication lines between Moore temperature logger and Modbus communication system of YOKOGAWA CS3000 ALR121 card is introduced ,through the application of Modbus communication in Guangxi Petrochemical temperature monitoring .Besides,the constitute of Moore temperature logger---TCM and HMC ,and HART protocol communication between them;the computer serial port configuration window settings of TCM ,and the wiring with temperature measurement elements ;the computer serial port configuration window settings of HMC connecting power ,TCM and ALR121 card ;the wiring of ALR121 card and internal configuration are described .
