摘要
本文通过对秦山核电320 MW机组的实测棒位指示系统在其运行及检修期间的故障状况的整理,对棒位探测器、恒流源组件、格雷码整形器的逐一分析,还原导致指示异常的根本原因。并在分析的基础上对相关设备的结构、内部器件及相应参数实施可行的改进与完善,并利用相关理论及实施效果加以验证。提升实测棒位指示系统中各主要设备的稳定可靠性,使该指示系统的故障率降至最低,克服原有系统中固有顽疾。
This article through summaring Qinshan 320 MW unit fault condition of measured rod position indication system during operation and maintenance , the rod position detector, constant current source component, and gray code dresser are analyed , the root causes leading to an indication of abnormality are restored . And on the basis of the analysis ,the related equipment structure, the internal components and corresponding parameter implement feasible improvement and perfection, and verified by using relevant theories and implementation effect. Ascend the reliability of each equipment in measured rod position indicating system , make the indicator system failure rate to the lowest ,overcome the ills inherent in the original system.
