神经调节蛋白对心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,I/R)是溶栓、介入手术或心脏外科手术术后心肌细胞坏死、心功能不全的主要病理基础,表现为缺血心肌组织恢复血液灌注后,其代谢紊乱、功能障碍,结构损伤更加加重。其中钙超载、心肌细胞能量代谢障碍、炎性反应、氧化应激、内质网应激、微血管内皮损伤等病理生理过程参与其发生。研究者们早期证实,通过缺血预处理或后处理主动干预均有良好的心肌保护效应,随后又发展为药物的预处理及后处理。
