摘要
文章结合柳州市工人医院在基建管理中采用品管圈的实例,从学习与实施、数据收集及分析、拟定改善对策等方面进行了详细阐述,总结出在保证工程质量与安全的前提下,品管圈可有效加快推进医院工程建设的结论。
The article talks about the practice of Liuzhou Workers Hospital using QCC method in the basic construction management, in terms of study and implement, data collection and analysis, finding out improvement measures; summarizes that QCC could accelerate hospital construction on the premise of guarantee the engineering quality and safety.
