摘要
用有限元分析法,对8L265柴油机机体进行静态强度计算。根据参数建立机体模型并划分网格、添加受力与位移边界的约束条件,进行静态强度分析。分别根据预紧工况和爆发工况的位移与应力云图,找出不同变化趋势与最大值点,进行安全强度校核。仿真结果表明,位移与应力最大值出现在气缸盖螺栓处附近,获得结论对指导柴油机机体结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
The theory of FEA is used to calculate the static strength of 8L265 diesel engine blocks.According to the parameters,the body model is set up,divided into a series of meshes,with boundary constraints of stress and displacement added to analyze the static strength.Respectively according to deformation and stress graphics of the preloaded working condition and the maximum explosion pressure condition,the different change trend and the maximum points are found out and security intensity of engine block is examined.Simulation results indicate the points of maximum displacement and stress appear in the areas near the bolts.The conclusion is useful for structure design of diesel engine block.
