某型号柴油机机体的动态响应分析

摘要 利用有限元技术方法,对机车用的某直列8缸机进行瞬态动力学分析,得出动态响应,并且对其动态响应信号作频谱分析,得出响应信号的频率和时间分布。在此基础上,对于基础座的隔振器的选型和布置进行优化,降低其应力和振动水平。结果表明,机体在多种激励载荷下,曲轴箱底部存在较强的振动响应,振动变形较大;采用六支点弹性支撑可以有效改善机体的动态响应特性。 Dynamic characteristic is the response that system makes under excitation.For a mechanical structure,applying transient dynamics analysis to engineering practice is very useful and common.IC engine,as a power machine,has a wide excitation,so the influence factor of its dynamic response is so complex.The response of inline 8 cylinder diesel engine for locomotive use was got by FEM using the transient dynamic analysis.And then a spectrum analysis was made for vibration response signal,with time and frequency distribution got.On this basis,optimization about selection and arrangement for vibration isolator is made to decrease stress and vibration.The result shows that the six-pivot elastic support can improve the response characteristic.
