槐花药材中芦丁、槲皮素、染料木素的含量测定

Assaying of Rutin,Quercetin,Genistein of Flos Sophorae

目的：建立同时测定槐花中芦丁、槲皮素、染料木素含量的方法。方法：运用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil gold C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,甲醇-（体积分数）0.2%冰醋酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长370 nm。结果：芦丁、槲皮素、染料木素在2.04~40.08 mg·L-1、2.42~48.4 mg·L-1、0.8~16.0 mg·L-1范围内呈良好线性关系;三种成分平均回收率分别为101.9%（RSD=3.49%,n=6）、103.6%（RSD=1.76%,n=6）、101.9%（RSD=2.85%,n=6）。结论：本方法简便,准确性、稳定性好,适用于槐米的分析测定。

Objective：To establish the methods of Rutin, Quercetin, Genistein of Sophorae Flos. Methods：HPLC method was used, the de- termination was performed on Hypersil gold C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.2% acetic acid solution at detection wavelength of 370 nm. Results：Rutin, Quercetin, Genistein showed good linear relationship. The average recov- ery was 101.9% （ RSD = 3.49 %, n = 6）, 103.6% （ RSD = 1.76% , n = 6） , 101.9% （ RSD = 2.85 % , n = 6） respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and good stability, which can be used in assay determination of sophora flower bud.
