毛冬青中三萜皂苷类成分的研究进展

毛冬青药材的主要活性物质三萜皂苷类成分具有明显的药理作用,包括降低血压、抗心律失常、抗血小板聚集、抗血栓、保护脑组织、保护肾小球、抗炎、抗病毒等。目前,毛冬青已被制成多种制剂用于临床,对心脑血管疾病的疗效尤为显著。但毛冬青的研究还有待完善,尤其是制剂的质量控制、药理作用及药物代谢方面,此外,毛冬青中不断有新化合物发现,比如毛冬青皂苷D,还有待进一步研究。

But the research of pubescent Holly root remains to be perfect,espe- cially the preparation of quality control, pharmacological effects, and drug metabolism, in addition, new compounds had been found, such as pubescent Holly root saponin D, be worth researching further.
