中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的78例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,治疗组40例,对照组38例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法(包括低流量吸氧、强心利尿、扩张冠脉、营养心肌等)治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾调脾救心汤。两组治疗周期均为30 d。观察治疗前后两组患者脑利尿钠肽、心脏彩超疗效、心功能及临床症状(喘促、下肢水肿)的改善的情况。结果:两组治疗前后脑利尿钠肽、心脏彩超疗效、心功能及临床症状(喘促、下肢水肿)改善的情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,且能够改善患者症状及心功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure by TCM combined with western medicine. Methods ：78 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 38 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,which includes low discharge oxygen uptake, diuresis, expand coronary artery, nutrition myocardium. The treatment group was given Bushen Tiaopi Jiuxin Tang based on the control group. The treatment cycle was 30d. Observing the improving condition of BNP, the curative effect of heart color Doppler ultrasound, car- diac function and clinical symptoms before and after the treatment. Results：Compare with BNP,the curative effect of heart color Doppler ultrasound, cardiac function and clinical symptoms in the two groups before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically signif- icant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：It＇s remarkable for TCM combined with western medicine in treating chronic heart failure,which can im- prove the symptoms of patients, cardiac function and living quality.
