乳腺康凝胶膏剂治疗乳腺增生临床研究

Clinical Effects on the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands by Ruxian Kang Gel

目的:观察乳腺康凝胶膏剂治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:将180例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。治疗组给予乳腺康凝胶膏剂贴敷于乳腺增生的肿块和疼痛显著处,每日更换1次,15 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程;对照组口服乳癖消胶囊治疗,每日3次,每次2粒,共治疗30 d。两组均治疗后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈72例,占80%;显效15例,占16.67%;有效2例,占2.22%;无效1例,占1.11%;有效率为98.89%。对照组治愈57例,占63.33%;显效8例,占8.89%;有效17例,占18.89%;无效8例,占8.89%;有效率为91.11%。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:乳腺康凝胶膏剂治疗乳腺增生疗效显著,使用方便,安全可靠,且无不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands by Ruxian kang gel. Methods： 180cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group was 90 case. The treatment group was given Ruxian kang gel,which pasted the lump and pain location, ltime a day, lcourse is 15d,for treating 2 courses. The control group was given Rupi xiao capsules. 3times a day,2 particles a time, for treating 30d, After the treatment, observing the clinical effects. Results：In the treat- ment group,the patients had been cured 72cases, accounted for 80% ;15 cases were markedly improved （16.67%）, Effective in 2 ca- ses, accounting for 2.22% ; Invalid in 1 case （ 1.11% ）, The effective rate was 98.89%. In the control group, the patients had been cured 57 cases（63.33% ） ,8 cases were markedly improved（ 8.89% ）, Effective 17 cases （ 18.89% ）, Invalid 8 cases （8.89%） , The effective rate was 91.11%. In the two groups were not significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Ruxian kang gel in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands is remarkable curative effect, and easy to use, safe and reliable, and no adverse reactions.
