溶剂热法提取金银花中绿原酸的工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 绿原酸为金银花的主要药效成分,具有抗菌、去除氧自由基、降血脂和升高白细胞等多种药理作用。此外,绿原酸还广泛的应用于食品保鲜剂和化妆品的抗衰老剂。本文在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,以金银花为原料,绿原酸提取率为考察指标,优化了溶剂热法提取绿原酸的提取工艺,并考察了甲醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间以及溶剂p H对绿原酸提取效果的影响。结果表明,溶剂热法提取绿原酸的最佳提取工艺条件为甲醇浓度50%、提取温度110℃,提取溶剂p H 6,提取时间30min,绿原酸的提取率为4.21%。 Chlorogenic acid is the primary function component of flos lonicerae. It has the function of antagonize pathogenic micro-organism, scavenging oxygen free radicals, lower blood-lipid, increasing leucocyte and so on. In addition, the chorogenic acid is widely used as preservative agent and anti-aging agent. In this paper, the extracting process of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae with solvothermal method was optimized. Orthogonal design method was applied to study the effect of four factors such as the methanol concentrations, extraction time, extraction temperature and solvent pH on the extraction efficiency based on single factor experiment. The results have shown that optimum conditions of methanol concentrations, extraction time, extraction temperature and solvent pH were 50%, 30min, 110 ℃ and pH 6, respectively. The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae was up to 4.21% under the optimum extraction conditions.
