聋人大学生“资助育人”工作创新思路——以南京特殊教育师范学院为例

Thinking Routes for Working Innovation of “Subsidy Education” for Deaf Students——A case analysis of Nanjing Normal University for Special Education

以南京特殊教育师范学院为例,结合当代聋人大学生在生理、心理上的独特性,探索聋人大学生"资助育人"工作的新方法、新机制、新途径。通过实施"三大工程",即"经济解困工程"、"感恩励志工程"和"健康身心工程",在开展经济资助的同时达到了育人目的和效果,实现了经济资助、心理辅导和精神鼓励三者的有机结合。

Taking Nanjing Normal University for Special Education as an analytical example and considering the physical and psychological uniqueness of the present deaf students,this paper explores new methods,new mechanism and new routes of ＂subsidy education＂ for deaf students. The implementation of the three big projects of ＂financial difficulty＂,＂gratitude and encouragement＂ and ＂physical and psychological health＂ show that simultaneously carrying out economic imbursement and education bear good results and the projects realized the combination of economic imbursement,psychological tutorship and spiritual encouragement.
