我国教育管理对象认识误区及其体系重构

Cognitive Errors of Education Management Object and Its System Reconstruction

长期以来关于教育管理对象的认识存在"主客体分离"、"内外管理不均衡"、"务实不务虚"等误区。教育管理者应认识到"管理者"也是"管理对象"的一部分,"内部管理"与"外部管理"同样重要;管理既要"务实",也要"务虚",并应在此基础上,构建清晰系统的教育管理对象体系。

For a longtime,there have been such cognitive errors in education management object as ＂subject and object separation＂,＂unbalance of internal and external management＂,＂concrete management rather than abstract management＂,all of which must be corrected. Education managers must recognize that ＂managers＂ are ＂part of the management object＂. ＂Internal management＂and ＂external management＂ are equally important. And management should not only be ＂concrete＂ but also ＂abstract＂.On this basis,a new,clear and systemic educational management object system can be built.
