摘要
为得到七相变频调速系统电流控制的良好动静态性能,将有限控制集模型预测控制(FCS-MPC)策略应用到七相电压源型逆变器的电流控制中。七相电压源型逆变器具有128个空间矢量,其中包含126个非零矢量和2个零矢量,在每个采样周期内,选择几组特殊的空间矢量,并对这些空间矢量进行在线评估,采用使目标函数最小的空间矢量作为下一个周期施加的矢量。此控制策略简单,具有较好的动静态性能,谐波消除明显。以DSP芯片TM320F28335为处理器,搭建七相逆变器阻感负载实验平台,进行相关实验,进一步研究目标函数、空间矢量数目以及采样时间等因素对控制性能的影响。研究结果证明了控制策略的正确性和有效性。
In order to get good dynamic and static performance of current control in seven-phase adjustable speed drive system, the finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC) method is introduced into the current control of seven-phase voltage source inverter. The space vector mode/of a seven-phase voltage source inverter (VSI) yields 128 vectors, including 126 active vectors and 2 zero vectors. In each sampling cycle, several groups of special space vectors are selected and evaluated on line to decide the next active space vector, which makes the objective function minimum. This control strategy is simple and has good dynamic and static performance, and the harmonics are reduced remarkably. Furthermore, the influence of some factors on the control performance is studied, including the objective function, the number of space vector and the sample time. Based on the DSP TMS320F28335, the seven-phase inverter experimental platform with resistance and inductance load is built, The experimental results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy.
