摘要
为探讨多胺对谷子的光合性能及产量构成的影响,在大田栽培条件下,以"晋谷21号"为材料,研究了灌浆期叶面喷施不同浓度精胺(Spm)(0,0.1,0.5,1.0,1.5mmol·L-1)对谷子光合及产量的影响。结果表明,随着精胺喷施浓度的增加,谷子叶片的叶绿素a,叶绿素总量,净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(Tr),气孔导度(Gs),穗重,穗粒重,千粒重和产量均呈先升高后降低的趋势;胞间CO2浓度变化则呈现相反趋势,而叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素则随精胺浓度的增大而增大。与对照相比,叶面喷施1.0mmol·L-1精胺,可显著提高谷子叶片的光合色素含量和光合性能,谷子增产效果最好。
In order to investigate the effects of polyamines on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of millet , cultivar’Jin gu 21’was used as material ,and field experiment was conducted to study effects on photosynthetic charac‐teristics and yield of millet through spraying spermine of different strengths (0 ,0.1 ,0.5 ,1 ,1.5 mmol · L - 1 ) in grain filling stage. The results showed that ,the Chlorophyll a(Chla) ,total Chlorophyll(Chla + Chlb) ,Net photosynthetic rate (Pn) ,Transpiration rate(Tr) ,Stomatal conductance(Gs) ,Ear weight ,Ear grain weight ,1000‐grain weight and yield were increased with the increase of spraying spermine concentrations ,which showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing ;but the changes of Internal CO2 concentration(Ci) were presented a tendency of opposite.and Chloro‐phyll b(Chlb) and Carotenoids(Car) were presented gradually increased tendency.Compared with the control ,photo‐synthetic pigment content and photosynthetic characteristics of millet with spraying 1 mmol · L - 1 spermine were signif‐icantly decreased ;and yield of millet was best improved.
