摘要
肌细胞生成素(MyoGenin,MyoG)是生肌调节因子家族的一员,是调节骨骼肌发育的重要因子,在几乎所有骨骼肌细胞系中均有表达,且其表达水平对肌细胞的生成、融合以及肌肉组织生长产生重要影响。论文就家畜中MyoG基因的结构、作用机制、表达、多态性及其与肉质性状的关系进行综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。
MyoGenin, one of MyoGenic regulatory factors, regulates skeletal muscle growth, works in almost all skeletal muscle cell lines, and significantly affects myoblasts production, fusion and muscle tis- sue growth. In this paper, the structure of MyoGenin as well as its mechanism and expression were sum- marized, and the relationships between genetic variation of MyoGenin and meat quality traits were determined to provide the reference for future studies.
