摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例青贮香蕉茎秆对海南黑山羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液指标的影响。试验选择16只体重接近的海南黑山羊,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4只(公母各半),单栏饲养,正试期30d。所有试验羊饲喂相同精料,粗料中分别用青贮香蕉茎秆替代0、25%、50%、75%新鲜王草。结果表明:各组黑山羊平均日增重、精料干物质采食量、料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。替代50%王草组黑山羊血清有较高的TP、GLB和TC,以及较低的ALT浓度,其余的血液生理生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着日粮中青贮香蕉茎秆比例的增加,黑山羊日均养分采食量随之减少(P<0.05),并且养分表观消化率随之增加(P<0.05)。考虑到青贮香蕉茎秆的干物质含量较低,在本试验条件下,青贮香蕉茎秆替代25%新鲜王草为较合适的替代比例。
To investigate the different levels of silage of banana stems on the growth performance, apparent di- gestibility and blood indicator in Hainan black goats, a total of sixteen 3-month-old Hainan black goats were se- lected and randomly divided into four experimental groups including two rams and two ewes in each group to be fed with the equal concentrate and roughage (fresh King grass) replaced with 0(control), 25%, 50% or 75% silage of banana stems for 30 days. The results showed that the ratio of silage of banana stems in roughage had no signifi- cant effect on average daily gain, feed conversation ratio of the goats (P〈0. 05). Goats fed the diet containing 50% silage of banana stems increased levels of TP, GLB and TC, and reduced the level of AST in the serum of goats (P〈0.05). With increasing ratio of silage of banana stems in roughage, average daily feed intake reduced (P〈0.05), and nutrients apparent digestibility improved (P〈0.05). Due to the lower dry matter content of ba- nana stalk silage, King grass could be replaced by 25 % silage of banana stems in the experiment.
