光触媒空气净化器对猪舍空气质量和猪生产性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 试验旨在探讨光触媒空气净化器对猪舍空气质量和猪生产性能的影响。选用36头60日龄育肥猪,随机分成三组,每组12头,设3个重复。1组作对照组,不使用空气净化器,2、3组分别在8∶00~20∶00以及20∶00~8∶00使用空气净化器。氨气(NH3)和微粒分两个阶段进行测定;微生物浓度在试验开始与结束时进行测定;并同时测定生产性能,试验期为28d。结果表明:NH3和微粒浓度在两阶段中第2、3组均低于1组,尤其是8∶00、14∶00、20∶00的显著低于1组(P〈0.05),且2组的低于3组。猪舍空气中微生物的数量2组显著低于1组(P〈0.05)。生产性能方面,2组、3组与1组相比,日增重显著提高(P〈0.05),而料重比(F/G)则显著的降低(P〈0.05),并且F/G第2组也显著低于3组(P〈0.05)。因此,在猪舍内使用光触媒空气净化器可提高猪舍空气质量和猪的生产性能。 To study the effect of photocatalyst air purifier on air quality in piggery and production per- formance of pigs,36 60-day-old fattening pigs were randomly divided into three groups, with 12 pigs in each of the 3 replicate in the same house. Group 1, the control group, was not facilitated with the air puri- fiers~ and group 2 and 3 were facilitated with air purifiers from 8 : 0- 20: 00 and 20 : 00 - 8 : 00, re- spectively. Ammonia and particulate were measured in two stages The concentration of microorganisms were measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment, respectively. Production performance were surveyed in the 28-day experiment. The results showed the average concentration of ammonia and particu- late in group 2 and group 3 were all lower than those in group 1, significantly lower at 8 : 00, 14 : 00, 20 : 00 (P〈0.05) , and that of group 2 revealed lower than that in group 3. At the end of the test, com- pared with group 1, the number of air microorganisms in group 2 decreased significantly (P〈0.05). In terms of production performance, daily gain (ADG) in group 2, group 3 were significantly higher than those of group I(P〈0. 05), and the ratio of feed to conversion (F/G) were significantly lower (P〈 0.05), with F/G of group 2 being significantly lower than that of group 3(P〈0.05). Therefore, photo- catalyst air purifier can significantly improve air quality and pigs' production performance, especially when used in the daytime.
