摘要
随着高校近年来的扩招和用人单位编制的饱和及对所需人才的能力要求逐年提高,目前我国高校体育教育专业的毕业生,饱受就业率低、就业单位不对口等因素的困扰。而课程设置是影响体育教育专业毕业生就业率的主要因素。创新培养模式及路径是提高高校体育教育专业学生就业率的有效途径。
With the expansion of colleges and the saturated size of employing units, and especially with the increasingly higher requirements of employees, PE graduates of China nowadays are troubled with low employment or a job having nothing to do with the major. The factor that mainly influences the employment of PE majors is the curriculum arrangement, and some innovation points in training models and methods are proposed to improve the employment.
